The way this program works is we at CalPEMS will refer you to a participating Realtor in the area you are looking to purchase a home in, together the participating Realtor and CalPEMS will work on getting you pre-qualified at the same time the Realtor is showing you homes, being on the same team helps to insure a smooth transaction to get you into your new home as quick and painless as possible.

Here is the best part; participating Realtors have agreed to credit back some of there own commission towards your closing costs.

Example:

$400,000.00 purchase price

$12,000.00  Realtor commission (3% standard)

$2,400.00    20 % Realtor credit towards closing costs
